Transmute toxic energy into positive and learn how to balance out any type of low vibrational energy that is attempting to attach to you or that is being sent to you. In order to have low energy there is high energy because there is a such thing as having polar opposites. What I am referring to though is when you are having negative energy that is affecting you and causing you problems with your day to day life.  In situations like this an important lesson to learn is how to transmute the negative back into a positive.  Transmute means to change in form, nature, or substance.
