Turn The Noise Down and FOCUS

 In order to think or meditate effectively you must be still... be quiet.... be in the flow of balance. When you can go off with self and just sit quietly with your thoughts you open up yourself to embrace those universal messages from your spirit guides. 

If you are having a hard time with focusing then I suggest really going within and practicing meditation because once you practice mental agility you are able to not only focus but also manifest the things that you want and need for self and others.

 Mental strength is mandatory in moving within a chaotic world.
