~Practice Makes Perfect~

I feel in order to become good at anything in life one must be able to consistently put action into whatever it is they want to manifest in their life. To become a professional you must work toward it! For years I have wanted to become a person who is able to maintain my peace in the midst of life and all of the stress that life sometimes throws at me. I must say that it has taken years to finally get there but I can honestly say that day to day practice is indeed the key to get the results that you are seeking.

We all know that practice makes perfect so practice being a more peaceful person by keeping a consistent daily "to do" list. Whether that list is written down on paper or stored in your memory, as long as you are consistent with doing what you feel will make you a better person in the area of peace then you will master your peace.

Things that have helped me conquer my peace was to have a plan set in action for when I have any type of anxiety. When you stay ready then you never need to get ready. Breathing exercises, affirmation words or phrases, and practicing a more positive mind frame has done wonders for my life! Train your mind so that you are able to close your eyes and see positive images and speak positive words. If you can practice for a full 30 days being a more peaceful person and maintaining your peace then that month will become 6 months, a year, years down the line.

Change your life and train your mind for that peace that you so desire and want for your life... YOU CAN DO IT :)
