~The Big Payoff~

Life is hard and trying to reach all of the goals that you have in life is even harder but it can be achieved with consistency and commitment not to mention some focus and faith in the plan and the vision that you set for yourself. So many people ask me how am I able to juggle so much on my plate and still keep my sanity. I must say that at times life gets overwhelming and frustrating but I keep it moving and I push through because I am able to see the end results. It is so important to be able to see the vision in your mind when you close your eyes and have your quiet time. I myself love to visualize and I do majority of my visualization through meditation. When I meditate I am able to see things so clear and I am so relaxed afterwards. ~Put The Work In~

In order to get anywhere in life you must put that work in. Standing still for too long and overthinking things sometimes has a bad ending because by doing so a lot of the times you talk yourself out of things that could be beneficial for you in your life. I feel that it is normal for you to be afraid especially when you have to take risks. Risk is something that we all must go through in order to reach the things that give us success. Some people are born risk takers they are never scared and they love to take risks and learn. Some people are afraid of risks and have to be nudged into a new task. Change is risky for so many people but in order to meet your goals it is mandatory to go through change and take risks. I see so many people who want to better themselves and take chances but they are scared of rejection or failing. ~Dreams and Nightmares~

Dreams are something that I have every so often, months can go by and I may not dream at all, and then all of a sudden one random night I will have one. Last night my dream was.... hmm how can I say this.... not really a word to describe it I guess I will say different. Yeah different we will go with that :) anyways I will not be very descriptive but I will say that God has a way of showing you things in dreams as well as visions. After my dream I studied the meaning of what I dreamed about and I instantly knew why it happened. It is interesting and sometimes scary how things come to us to get our attention. I truly believe that dreams have a way of warning us of things and situations in our life to help us to become aware and to always be on guard for our protection. Dreams can be beautiful and sometimes sad or scary but I feel that they always tell us a story about our life that we may be overlooking. ~Let Go~

Life is so much easier when you can just let go and be free. Become free of worry and all stress. Free from the things that people say about you. Just live life and be happy about each day. I can say that I am at a point in my life where I feel really good and free as well as joyous. Have I always been this way? No of course not, but with so much I have dealt with in my life I can officially say that I am able to just have that "I don't care" attitude. That hey "it is what it is" attitude. Life is crazy right you go through so much in life until you are just numb to anything that is negative that takes place in your life. When I say numb I mean literally numb. No emotion, no feeling just existing without feeling. Some may look at this as being a bad thing, an unfortunate circumstance that leaves one incomplete. ~You Can Do It~

Whatever it is that you want to do in life just know that YOU CAN DO IT J   with hard work and actions anything is possible. Give yourself pep talks for motivation and boost your confidence up to get you ready for your journey toward your goals. If you can motivate yourself then you will excel because some people only have themselves when it comes down to life and staying on track and motivation.  It is always great to get the support of others and for others to say you can do it and don’t stop etc. But when you build yourself up then no validation is needed from the outside world. When you can look at yourself in the mirror and be totally honest about yourself to yourself THEN that is when you can truly start  the process of understanding who you are as a person and what kind of energy it takes to love yourself. When you love yourself and speak wonderful words over you nothing will be able to break your spirit. Talking to yourself is a necessity because you are the person that must uplift yourself first before anyone else can. When you speak words of positivity over yourself on a consistent daily basis then you will start believing those words and your whole mood shifts into something like a super hero. You feel like you are made of Teflon and nothing or no one will be able to break your spirit. ~Motivation~

How to keep yourself motivated when you are feeling depressed and moving at a low frequency is sometimes hard to do especially when you have heavy issues on the brain. But from experience over the years I have trained my mind to not stay in that moment for any longer than a two - day time frame. I do feel like it is important to be able to feel emotions and to be able to deal with those feelings effectively. I give myself a two - day pass to simply do nothing but dwell and “sit in it" sort of say. I have my moments of depression, sadness, exhaustion, stress, overwhelmed with life and my schedule, etc just like the next person does but what I have realized is that these things are normal and having different emotions are a normal part of life. There is no escape from emotions or life’s little hiccups. I embrace what I feel and I give myself time to feel these emotions and just to be aware of my feelings and why I am feeling this way. ~Finding Peace Amid a Chaotic Life~

Chaos, stress, anxiety, having a busy life in general and trying to find the time for rest is something that many of us struggle with. The kids need tending to, dinner needs to be ready before the kids get sleepy, washing clothes, drying clothes, ironing and folding clothes not to mention running errands before you even reach your house. Anything that is done daily or consistently in relation to chores and errands is exhausting so the question is how do we all find peace amidst the chaos? First off I want to say shout out to all my people in the world who have a busy life and make it look easy hats off to you all you ROCK J . ~Practice Makes Perfect~

I feel in order to become good at anything in life one must be able to consistently put action into whatever it is they want to manifest in their life. To become a professional you must work toward it! For years I have wanted to become a person who is able to maintain my peace in the midst of life and all of the stress that life sometimes throws at me. I must say that it has taken years to finally get there but I can honestly say that day to day practice is indeed the key to get the results that you are seeking. We all know that practice makes perfect so practice being a more peaceful person by keeping a consistent daily "to do" list. Whether that list is written down on paper or stored in your memory, as long as you are consistent with doing what you feel will make you a better person in the area of peace then you will master your peace.
