 In order to think or meditate effectively you must be still... be quiet.... be in the flow of balance. When you can go off with self and just sit quietly with your thoughts you open up yourself to embrace those universal messages from your spirit guides.  If you are having a hard time with focusing then I suggest really going within and practicing meditation because once you practice mental agility you are able to not only focus but also manifest the things that you want and need for self and others.  Mental strength is mandatory in moving within a chaotic world.

  To be able to release everything in your life that you feel stifles you or keeps you in one place is mandatory to your advancement. New doors are unable to open when you are holding on to negative things, situations, people, jobs, etc. When you step out in faith and take those leaps of faith the universe will in turn assist you move forward out of those toxic low vibrational experiences. In this new season make the choice to choose YOU Gods and Goddesses and release what no longer serves you so that you can open those new doors of blessings into your life. Ase'
