~Palo Santo~

Palo Santo is known as a holy wood and it has many uses spiritually as well as related to health. When the wood is burned it works to help in ways such as therapy and healing as a medicinal wood that remedies a specific illness or negative energy situation within the home. Palo Santo has a tradition of being burned by many different cultures in ritual ceremonies in which it was used to purify energy and to heal as well as cleanse. Palo Santo smoke is used to keep away insects and mosquitoes and has been known to raise up your vibration before you meditate and pray.

I personally use Palo Santo in my home when I am doing a home cleansing. After I light my Palo Santo I will light my Sage and open all of my windows so to let the negative energy out of my home. I then spray it with water and Florida Water mix to sweeten the atmosphere. Palo Santo has a great scent and it is appealing to the smell so burning it is a fun experience. Mixing Palo Santo with other incense is an awesome way to combine different energies into your home to clear and detox the energy and release anything that was lingering that was not positive.
