~Are You Sleep Deprived?~
Getting sleep is something as an adult I barely get enough of. I
am lucky to get a full 6 hours and when I get 7 or more I am so excited because
that does not happen often at all. It is crazy how when you are a child and are
told by your parents to go and take a nap it is a sad time and as children we
would resist and fight our nap times (some of us) oh how I would love to go
back to that time and embrace all of those naps today!
I want to give you some tips on what to do when you are sleep
deprived and suffer from insomnia. These tips and these foods are awesome so
try it out and see how that helps your sleep life.
Sleep Tips
Make room
colder
Intense
Exercise- atleast 20 minutes to raise heart rate
Match your
pillows to the way you sleep
Block out
background noise- try using a fan like I do
Cool bath
or shower (not a hot bath)

Jasmine
Rice
Cereal
Chamomile
Tea
Green Leaf
Vegetables
