~Anxiety~
With the holiday season so many people are vibrating on a low
frequency due to being away from their families or missing family members who
are deceased and etc. So many emotions sometimes come to play with the arriving
of the holiday season. Anxiety is something that can definitely take a hold of
you and make you standstill. Being anxious is not a great feeling because years
ago I use to have the feeling of anxiety and anxiety attacks.
Over the years my
anxiety has become non-existent because I have practiced the art of relaxation
techniques without medication. I do not like to take medicine at all so I had
to figure out ways to make myself feel better and I want to share this with you
all.
These
techniques include:
- Breathing from the diaphragm
(works wonders and it works fast) Concentrate on your breathing and
breathe slow only focusing on the breaths you take.
- Meditation (if you already
meditate increase your meditations and stay consistent)
- Rest More- Getting rest
is important for day to day life without rest your emotions will be very
sensitive to things that will ordinarily not bother you
- Eat and Drink Healthy- Cut down
on caffeine switch to green tea and water also increase your fruits and
vegetables
- Alone Time- Time to think and
process your thoughts and your day is important so always make time for
self
- Exercise – When you exercise
you feel better at the end of the day and I have noticed for myself that
exercise on a regular helps a lot with anxiety issues.
At the end of the day
with anxiety I have learned that doing things that you enjoy to keep your mind
focused is a tremendous help and by finding a routine that works for you that consists of organizing your days helps with stress as well.
