~Love and Patience~

I think that anyone can get through anything in life with two things. Love and Patience. Love is universal being that to act in love or to display a loving character to others assures that the love you give out is what will come back to you. Love is the universal language that everyone understands. To display love each day when interacting with others can be done in numerous ways. Being nice to others through communication and thoughtful gestures shows love in a consistent manner on a daily. With love and showing love it is also important to have the trait of being patient. Patience is the act of waiting without becoming frustrated while you wait. To have patience is a beautiful thing because while you are waiting for whatever it is you have asked the universe to manifest for you having patience is needed until your request is answered. ~Karma~

Karma is defined as bringing upon oneself inevitable results good or bad in this life or in the reincarnated life ( www.dictionary.com ) Karma is getting what you give to the universe and I wholeheartedly believe that karma is real and it comes back around when you least expect it. Knowing there is this thing called karma why do people in the world still do bad things to others? Maybe they are just that bold and willing to risk it all having no worry when karma comes for them or do they just not believe in karma and feel like they are always covered so there are no worries because they are Teflon and can’t be touched. As the saying goes “karma you get served what you deserve” the energy that you put out to the world this is what you are going to get back to you. ~Anxiety~

With the holiday season so many people are vibrating on a low frequency due to being away from their families or missing family members who are deceased and etc. So many emotions sometimes come to play with the arriving of the holiday season. Anxiety is something that can definitely take a hold of you and make you standstill. Being anxious is not a great feeling because years ago I use to have the feeling of anxiety and anxiety attacks.  Over the years my anxiety has become non-existent because I have practiced the art of relaxation techniques without medication. I do not like to take medicine at all so I had to figure out ways to make myself feel better and I want to share this with you all. These techniques include: Breathing from the diaphragm (works wonders and it works fast) Concentrate on your breathing and breathe slow only focusing on the breaths you take.
