~Charge Your Water~
When you are a spiritual being in today’s world who embraces positivity and a day to day high energy it is also important to really keep yourself charged up in all areas of life. There are multiple ways of charging yourself from participating in meditation, to chakra healing, and even spending time alone are all ways to charge your energy and make you feel energized and refreshed. As an empath that constantly has to keep a high positive energy as well as protecting my energy on a daily it is mandatory for me to have multiple ways of charging up.
